Delete your account

This is a draft that has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. The wording may change before the app is released.

In the app

1. Open Jiɛ̈ɛ̈ŋ Heritage and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
3. Enter your password to confirm it is you, and choose whether to also remove stories that were already published.

Deletion happens immediately.

What is deleted

• Your profile, email address, name and picture
• Your learning progress, points and streaks
• Your comments, likes, notification settings and the members you blocked
• Stories you sent that were not yet published, and the files you uploaded
• Your sign-in

What may be kept

Published stories stay in the archive without your name unless you choose to remove them. Reports you sent about other content are kept for moderators without your identity. Server logs expire on their own within 30 days.

Can't open the app?

Write to us from the email address on your account (contact details below) and we will delete it for you.
