By using Jiɛ̈ɛ̈ŋ Heritage you agree to these terms. They exist to keep the community respectful and the archive trustworthy.

Sharing stories

• Only share recordings you have the right to share: your own, or ones you have permission to share from the people heard or seen in them.
• Some stories, songs and knowledge belong to a family or clan. Ask before sharing them.
• You keep ownership of what you share. You allow Jiɛ̈ɛ̈ŋ Heritage to store it, show it in the app and keep it in the archive for learners, until you remove it.
• Moderators review every story before it is published and may decline or remove any content.

Be respectful

No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, or content that endangers anyone. Do not impersonate others. Use the report button if you see something wrong; moderators review every report.

Learning content

Lessons and recordings are prepared and reviewed by Dinka speakers and teachers. We work to keep them accurate; if you spot a mistake, please tell us.

Your account

Keep your sign-in safe. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time (how).

No warranty

The app is provided as it is. We are not liable for losses arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.
